On busier days, we may run split practice to keep riders safe. When split practice is in effect, A/B class riders and C class / small-bore bikes (85cc and under) take turns on the track in separate riding windows. This keeps smaller, less experienced riders from sharing the track with faster, heavier traffic.
Split practice is based on who shows up — if the mix of riders calls for it, we'll split the sessions. The rotation and timing are set by track staff on-site, so there's no fixed schedule to memorize.
When you arrive:
- Check the posted schedule board near the staging area
- Listen for announcements from track staff
- A checkered flag means your session is over — clear the track promptly
- Wait in the staging area until your group is called
Split practice helps everyone get quality seat time without worrying about a speed or size mismatch on the track. Respect the rotation and you'll get plenty of laps in.
- All riders must wear appropriate safety gear at all times while on the track (helmet, goggles, boots, gloves, chest protector).
- Ride within your ability level — know your limits and respect the terrain.
- No riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Report any injuries or incidents immediately. First aid supplies are available on-site.
- Be aware of other riders at all times. Yield to faster riders when safe to do so.
- No spectators are allowed on or near the track surface during riding hours.
- Ride only in the designated direction. One-way traffic on all track sections.
- Do not stop on the track, on jump faces, or in blind corners. Pull off to the side if you need to stop.
- No cutting across sections or creating your own lines outside the track boundary.
- Respect all flags and signage. A red flag means stop riding immediately.
- Practice starts are only permitted in designated staging areas.
- Track hours are Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. No riding outside of posted hours.
- Only off-road motorcycles are permitted on the track. No ATVs, UTVs, or side-by-sides.
- All bikes must have functioning brakes, throttle, and kill switch.
- Spark arrestors are required on all motorcycles.
- No leaking fluids — bikes with oil or fuel leaks are not permitted on the track.
- Adequate tire tread is required. Slick or damaged tires are not allowed.
- Sound levels must comply with posted limits. Excessively loud exhaust may result in removal.
